From routine home checks and housekeeping to maintenance, seasonal preparation, vendor coordination, and unexpected issues, we manage the details so your home is well cared for—whether you’re there or miles away.

A LA CARTE
- Includes:
- 1 house check
- Calendar management
- Coordination of all home services
- 15% markup on all contracted services
- Maintenance / Handyman $120/hr (min. 1 hr)
- MH snow removal / landscape maintenance $85/hr
- Stock supplies fees / costs apply
- $150/hr emergency after hours
- Meet for Sub/Non house check visit — $100/hr (min. 1 hr)
- Cleaning $55/hr min 3 hours.
- $150 per additional house check (1 hour max. Proceeding hours are billed at $100 per hour after the first hour. This applies to DURING OFFICE HOURS EMERGENCY CALLS AS WELL)
STARTER CARE PLAN
- Includes:
- 1 house checks per month
- Custom QR code for home
- Calendar Management
- Coordination of all home services
- 15% markup on all contracted services
- Maintenance/Handyman $120/hour (min. 1 hour)
